A little curry, a touch of Maine Sea Salt…

This weekend’s Northern Girl dish was curried Aroostook Roots…the kids LOVED them!  I used the 3/4″ dice, let it ‘slack’ 5 minutes in the oven as it pre-heated, then did them up right with a touch of Henry Perkins’ Organic Sunflower Oil, curry powder from Sheepscot General Store, and Maine Sea Salt (coarse).  Truly delicious, and one of the best applications for the sunflower oil I’ve tried yet!  -Marada
